How do I book an appointment?
Each artist works a different schedule, and schedules their own tattoo appointments. We recommend to look through our portfolios to see who you’d like to work with, and then calling or texting the shop at (336) 303 - 0636 to schedule a consultation with that artist.
What is a consultation?
A consultation is where you can sit down with the artist you’ve decided to work with to discuss design, placement, size, pricing and to answer any additional questions you or the artist may have. While consultations are always free, if you decide to book an appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit to schedule. Deposits will come off the final price of your tattoo.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We try to accommodate as many walk-ins as possible, however we are primarily appointment only. Walk-ins are always first come, first serve. The best way to find out if we are accepting walk-ins is to contact the shop or walk in!
Can I get a tattoo if I am under 18 or with a guardian’s signature?
Absolutely not! Per North Carolina state law, it is a Class 2 misdemeanor to tattoo anyone under the age of 18 and no reputable artist will risk losing their license to tattoo you if you are under age.
Can I get tattooed if I am pregnant?
Unfortunately, no. There are many risks associated with getting tattooed while pregnant including risk of infection, trouble with healing (all your energy is going to creating a baby, not healing a tattoo!), and trauma/shock to the body.
Can I get tattooed if I am under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol?
No. If we suspect you are under the influence, we have the right to refuse service and/or reschedule your tattoo appointment and you will forfeit your deposit.
Can I see a finished drawing of my tattoo prior to my appointment?
We generally do not send out any drawings prior to your appointment. You’ll be able to see your drawing prior to getting tattooed and make any minor adjustments the day of your appointment. If you must see a final drawing prior to your appointment, we suggest keeping an eye out for posts on our Facebook or Instagram for when our artists run flash specials.
What can I do to prepare for my tattoo appointment?
We suggest to get a good nights sleep the night before your tattoo. Avoid drinking alcohol, taking blood thinners (such as ibuprofen) and drinking a lot of caffeine 24 hours prior to your tattoo. Make sure to eat before your tattoo and bring some snacks/drinks with you in case you get light headed or have a long session. You can also bring a blanket or pillow with you. Make sure you have on appropriate clothing for getting tattooed in the placement you have chosen. For example, if you are getting your tattoo on your back, bring a zip up hoodie with you to wear backwards.
Can my friends come with me?
Due to covid, we would prefer you to come alone, however, you may bring one support person with you. All others must wait in the car. If you have children, we strongly recommend getting child care.
If you have any additional questions, please contact the shop or ask your artist.
